The meaning of the grace of God
Verse to meditate: Titus 2:11-12 « For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age»
This verse is the best explanation of the mission of the grace of God. The grace of God is not the license to sin but it gives us the power to overcome sin. The verse just said that the grace of God teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions. It’s impossible to get rid of them without the grace of God.
We live in the time when there is a strong pressure from the world system (the present age) but the word just taught us that the grace of God will enable us to live an upright and godly life despite the pressure of this present age.
Every Christian has overcome some area of his/her life but there must be some more room to overcome. Don’t try to make it by your own….you need the grace of God to get there. Just recognize your limitations and believe the Lord to enable you and He will give you a complete victory. We need to watch and pray in order to make it according to Matthew 26:40-41 (Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak).
Nobody can overcome sin without the grace of God and without the grace of God, we can do NOTHING.

La définition de la grâce de Dieu
Verset à méditer : Tite 2 :11-12 “Car la grâce de Dieu, source de salut pour tous les hommes, a été manifestée. Elle nous enseigne à renoncer à l'impiété et aux convoitises mondaines, et à vivre dans le siècle présent selon la sagesse, la justice et la piété”
Ce verset est la meilleure explication de la mission de la grâce de Dieu. La grâce de Dieu n’est pas un permis de pécher mais elle nous donne le pouvoir de vaincre le péché. Le verset vient de nous dire que la grâce de Dieu nous enseigne à renoncer à l’impiété et aux convoitises du monde. C’est impossible de s’en débarrasser sans la grâce de Dieu.
Nous vivons le temps où il y’a une grande pression du système du monde (le siècle présent) mais la parole vient de nous enseigner que la grâce de Dieu nous rendra capable de mener une vie de justice et de piété malgré la pression du siècle présent.
Chaque Chrétien a vaincu dans tel ou tel domaine de sa vie mais il y’a encore des défis à surmonter. N’essayez pas de le faire par vos propres forces…vous avez besoin de la grâce de Dieu pour y arriver. Reconnaissez seulement vos limites et croyez que le Seigneur vous rendra capable et vous donnera une victoire complète.
Nous devons veillez et priez pour y arriver selon Matthieu 26 : 41 (Veillez et priez, afin que vous ne tombiez pas dans la tentation; l'esprit est bien disposé, mais la chair est faible)
Personne ne peut vaincre le péché sans la grâce de Dieu et sans la grâce de Dieu, on ne peut RIEN faire.
