Verse of the day: Proverbs 19:17 “Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will reward them for what they have done”

Chris comment: We know that God owns everything on the earth and He doesn’t need anything from us but we just read that some people can lend Him…that’s amazing to hear that we can lend the Lord. In fact, it’s an honor for us to get the opportunity to lend the owner of the entire universe.

If you give something to the poor, he (the poor) will never be able to pay you back but the owner of the poor (God) will reward you according to the verse of the day. If you feel like you want to give something to God, there is an easy way: Share what you have with the poor because God is hidden in them.

 

Proverb of the day: For wisdom is more precious than rubies, and nothing you desire can compare with her (Proverbs 8:11)

Verset du jour : Proverbes 19 :17 « Celui qui a pitié du pauvre prête à l'Éternel, qui lui rendra selon son œuvre »

Commentaire de Chris : Nous savons que Dieu possède toutes choses sur la terre et Il n’a besoin de rien venant de nous mais on vient de lire que certaines personnes peuvent prêter Dieu…c’est extraordinaire d’apprendre que nous pouvons prêter Dieu ! En fait, c’est un honneur pour nous d’avoir l’opportunité de prêter le propriétaire de l’univers entier.

Si tu donnes quelque chose à un pauvre, il (le pauvre) ne pourra jamais te rembourser mais le propriétaire du pauvre (Dieu) te récompensera selon le verset du jour. Si tu as envie de donner quelque chose à Dieu, il y’a une voie facile : Partage ce que tu as avec les pauvres parce que Dieu est caché en eux.

Proverbe du jour :  Car la sagesse vaut mieux que les perles, elle a plus de valeur que tous les objets de prix (Proverbes 8:11)
